  1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or accessing the VMT Communication Masterclass (“the Platform”), you (“the User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

  1. Eligibility
  • The Platform is intended for aspirants, new joiners, and professionals seeking to develop their communication skills.
  • Users must be at least 18 years old or have a legal guardian’s consent.
  1. Account Registration
  • Users must provide accurate, complete information during registration.
  • User credentials are confidential; sharing is strictly prohibited.
  • Users are fully responsible for activity on their accounts.
  1. Course Content and Intellectual Property
  • All course materials, including videos, documents, exercises, and live sessions, are the intellectual property of Varghese M. Thomas and VMT Communication Masterclass.
  • Content is licensed for personal learning onlyand must not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
  • Recording or redistributing any of these classes is prohibited.
  • Certificates, logos, and brand names of VMT Communication Masterclass may not be used without permission.
  • Unauthorised use may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.
  1. Fees, Payment, and Refunds
  • Course fees are payable as specified on the Platform.
  • Payments are non-refundable except where:
    • Required by law.
    • The course is not delivered due to Platform failure.
  • Once a User signs in or accesses the course materials, withdrawal or refund is not possible under any circumstances.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period.
  • VMT Communication Masterclass reserves the right to change fees with prior notice for future enrollments.
  1. Use of the Platform
  • Users agree to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully.
  • Prohibited activities include hacking, harassment, spamming, sharing offensive content, infringing third-party rights, or misusing Platform access.
  • Enrollments are non-transferable unless expressly permitted.
  • Violations may lead to suspension or termination of access without refund.
  1. Technology and Access
  • Users are responsible for arranging their own internet, devices, and software access.
  • VMT Communication Masterclass is not liable for disruptions caused by poor connectivity, device issues, or failures of third-party tools (e.g., Zoom, payment gateways).
  1. Certificates and Completion
  • Certificates are awarded upon fulfilling course requirements as defined by the Program.
  • Issuance of certificates is at the sole discretion of VMT Communication Masterclass.
  1. Code of Conduct for Live Sessions
  • Users must participate respectfully in live sessions.
  • Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or misuse of interactive features may result in removal from sessions.
  • Users may be muted or denied access if they fail to comply with conduct standards.
  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
  • The Platform provides educational content “as is” without guarantees of specific outcomes.
  • Varghese M. Thomas and associated entities do not warrant course results or career advancement.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for damages arising from use of the Platform is excluded.
  1. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Varghese M. Thomas and VMT Communication Masterclass from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

  1. Force Majeure

VMT Communication Masterclass shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical outages, pandemics, or legal restrictions.

  1. Termination
  • VMT Communication Masterclass reserves the right to suspend or terminate User access for breaches of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, User rights to access content cease immediately.
  1. Privacy
  • User data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  • Data is used to provide and improve the learning experience and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
  1. Modifications to Terms
  • These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes where feasible.
  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
