2. No Cancellations
Confirmed bookings for live sessions cannot be cancelled.
3. No Transfers or Substitutions
Enrollments are strictly non-transferable and cannot be substituted with another participant or deferred to a later session.
4. Session Access & Attendance
Participants are required to attend sessions on the scheduled date and time. Failure to attend, late arrivals, or early departures will not qualify for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.
5. Technical Issues
The VMT COMMTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for technical difficulties on the participant’s side, including but not limited to poor internet connectivity, device malfunctions, or software incompatibility. Participants are responsible for ensuring adequate technical readiness before each session.
6. Force Majeure
In the event that The VMT COMMTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is unable to conduct a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or platform outages, or illness of the facilitator), participants will be notified promptly. In such cases, The VMT COMMTECH PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to reschedule the session or provide an alternative solution at its sole discretion.
7. Policy Updates
The VMT COMMTECH PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this policy at its discretion. Participants are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
8. Participant Acknowledgement
By completing enrollment and payment, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
